Reiki Healing
Gentle, powerful energy work to restore balance to mind, body and spirit.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports the body's natural ability to restore balance. Working with universal life-force energy, it gently clears stagnation, eases tension, and creates space for deep rest and renewal.
Angelic Reiki
A gentle, high-vibration practice channelled with the support of angelic beings — bringing profound peace, healing on a soul level, and a sense of being deeply held.
Holy Fire Reiki
An evolution of traditional Reiki — a refined, loving energy that works gently yet powerfully to release what no longer serves and awaken your own inner light.
What to Expect
You will be welcomed into a calm, private treatment space. After a brief conversation, you'll rest fully clothed on a comfortable treatment couch while I work with the energy around and lightly upon you. Most clients describe a deep, dream-like relaxation — some feel warmth, tingling, or quiet emotion. There is no right way to experience Reiki.

Frequently Asked
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?+
Not at all. Reiki meets you where you are. An open mind helps, but belief is not required.
What should I wear?+
Loose, comfortable clothing. You remain fully clothed throughout the session.
Will you touch me?+
Reiki can be given with very light, respectful touch, or entirely hands-off. Your comfort and consent guide every session.
How will I feel afterwards?+
Most people feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and lighter. Drink plenty of water and allow yourself a gentle evening.
Is Reiki a replacement for medical care?+
No. Reiki complements but never replaces qualified medical or mental health care. Please continue to follow professional advice.
