Bookings

All sessions are by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed in writing or by phone.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling so the time can be offered to someone else.

Session Space

Sessions are conducted from a private home treatment space in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Security cameras operate within the property for safety and security.

Scope of Practice

Reiki and the circles offered by The Witch and the Orca are complementary practices. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are unwell or in crisis, please consult a qualified professional.

Conduct

We hold a space of mutual respect. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of others may result in a session being ended.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise.
